WhatEyeColor.com is an AI art platform. When you use our service you upload close-up eye photos and receive an AI-generated fusion artwork. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean WhatEyeColor.com.

Eye photos. You upload two close-up eye photos. These are stored securely and used solely to generate your fusion artwork.

IP address and approximate location. Collected automatically on submission. Used for fraud prevention and service monitoring.

Session data. A session cookie is set automatically so your artworks are accessible during and after your visit. No email address, phone number, or payment information is required or stored.

Usage data. Standard server logs including timestamps and request paths. Retained for 30 days.

We use your photos exclusively to generate your fusion artwork and display the result to you. We do not sell your data, share your photos with third parties, or use your photos to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

Your artworks and associated photos are retained so you can revisit them. You may archive any artwork from the result page. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@whateyecolor.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at hello@whateyecolor.com to exercise any of these rights.

Google Gemini — AI image generation. Photos may be transmitted to Google's API to produce your artwork. Google operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

We set a single session cookie to keep your gallery accessible. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used.
