By using WhatEyeColor.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WhatEyeColor.com generates AI artworks by fusing iris patterns from two uploaded eye photos. The output is a creative, AI-generated image for personal enjoyment only. It is not a medical service, surgical simulation, or diagnostic tool.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WhatEyeColor.com. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant WhatEyeColor.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos solely to generate your fusion artwork and display the result to you. You must only upload photos of eyes for which you have the right to grant this licence — your own, or someone else's with their knowledge and consent. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your separate consent.

Generated artworks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print, share, or keep them as personal keepsakes. Commercial use — including selling prints, using artworks in advertising or promotional material — is not permitted without our written permission.

You may not upload photos of identifiable people without their consent, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The service is provided "as is". WhatEyeColor.com makes no warranties regarding the artistic quality or fitness of generated images for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatEyeColor.com's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WhatEyeColor.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
